Zolda Solutions LLC provides AI voice agents and related services for businesses, including answering phone calls, handling common questions, capturing caller details, booking appointments, website chat assistants, and related setup and support. The specific services, features, and fees for each client are described in a written proposal, agreement, or invoice.

3. User Responsibilities

As a User of the Service, you agree to the following:

  • You must provide accurate and complete information during registration and keep your account information updated.

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials (username and password).

  • You are solely responsible for all activities that occur under your account, including the content you create and the data you upload about your own customers ("Customer Data").

  • You agree to use the Service in compliance with all applicable laws. You may not use our Service for any illegal, unauthorized, or harmful purpose.

4. Payment and Billing

Fees for our services are agreed with you in writing before work begins, such as in a proposal, agreement, or invoice. You agree to pay all fees as agreed and on time. Any setup fees, recurring monthly fees, cancellation terms, and refund terms are stated in your written agreement. Usage-based costs, such as phone minutes or messages, may be billed as described in that agreement.

5. Intellectual Property

  • Our IP: All content, trademarks, software, and resources provided by Zolda Solutions as part of the Service are the exclusive intellectual property of Zolda Solutions and its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our resources without prior written consent.

  • Your IP: You retain all ownership rights to the content and "Customer Data" you upload to the Service. You grant us a limited license solely to host, process, and display your data as necessary to provide the Service to you.

6. Acceptable Use

You may not use the Service to send spam, unsolicited messages, or engage in any activity that is harassing, defamatory, or violates the rights of others. We reserve the right to monitor accounts for compliance and suspend any account found to be in violation.

7. Termination of Service

  • By You: You may end the service as described in your written agreement.

  • By Us: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately, without prior notice, for any violation of these Terms or for any activity deemed harmful to our Service or other users.

  • Effect of Termination: Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately. You are responsible for exporting your data prior to termination. We may delete your data from our servers after a commercially reasonable period.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE," without any warranties of any kind, express or implied. Zolda Solutions does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Zolda Solutions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages (including loss of profits, data, or goodwill) resulting from your use of, or inability to use, the Service.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Zolda Solutions and its employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Service or your violation of these Terms.

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or by posting a notice on our website. Your continued use of the Service after such changes indicates your acceptance of the new Terms.

Zolda Solutions LLC may send text messages to people who opt in, such as appointment confirmations, reminders, and replies to inquiries. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. 13. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Zolda Solutions operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
